My Second Attempt, Glossy Buttons

Ok folks, I have been taking in all the constructive suggestions to improve my glossy button skills and I think I have got it, here is my second attempt at making a lovely web 2.0 style glossy button.

I hope I did a much better job on this one than in my first attempt, please feel free to drop me a comment and let me know what you think of it.
